At Kākahu, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make the return/exchange process smooth and hassle-free for you.
Free One-Time Returns/Exchanges
- You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, with original tags, and packaging intact.
- Items received in an exchange order cannot be returned or exchanged again, so please choose carefully.
Post 7 Days
- After 7 days from delivery, we won’t be able to process returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can raise a request within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.
Return Pickup & Self-Shipping
- If our courier partners cannot pick up from your Pin Code, you must self-ship the product to our warehouse.
- We reimburse up to ₹200 for self-shipping (with valid receipt) after the return/exchange is completed.
Combo & Discounted Orders
- If you return part of a combo/offer order, the refund will be adjusted based on the individual product price.
- Discounts will be recalculated based on the number of items you keep.
Exchange for Other Products
- You may exchange for an item of equal or lower value.
- If the replacement has a lower value, the difference will be refunded to your bank account or UPI ID after delivery.
- Payment gateway discounts (UPI/Prepaid offers) applied on the original order will not carry forward in exchanges or returns.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel an order before it is shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Contact our support team for urgent cancellations.
Refund Policy

Cancelled Orders (before shipping): Refunds are initiated immediately and may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your payment method.

Returned Orders: Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after inspection at our warehouse, sent to your bank account or UPI ID.

Exchanges with Lower Value: The difference will be refunded once the exchange order is delivered.
Important Notes
- Ensure only the correct items requested for return/exchange are handed over at pickup.
- Always collect a physical pickup receipt as proof of return.
